PreK Enrollment
Lakeside will begin accepting PreK enrollment applications for students who reside inside and outside of the District on February 10, 2025!
→ Drop by the Lakeside Administration Office to pick up your packet!

Complete Packets will include:
Following information for the student being enrolled:

Birth Certificate
-
Social Security Card
-
Immunization Record (from 4 year old well child check)

Physical (from 4 year old well child check

ARkids or insurance card
Following information for the household:

Photo ID for all adults in the eligibility group: driver’s license, military, school, state issued, or passport (see Page 1 of OEC School Readiness Application)

Proof of Residency (lease contract, mortgage statement, utility bill)

Income Verification (see bottom of Page 1 of OEC School Readiness Application)

A sliding scale determines tuition payment for students who do not qualify for free tuition.

No, we do not provide transportation.

Pre-K has the same hours as Lakeside School District. Students can be dropped off beginning at 7:15 and must be picked up by 3:30.

Lakeside School district will provide an open house for you to meet your child’s teacher in August. The date will be set at a later time.

Yes, through the YMCA’s SCORE program.

Students will be placed on a waiting list. You will be contacted as a space becomes available.

A student will not be enrolled until the packet is completed and all documents have been received.
